Brad’s Buzzer Beater Seals Victory

Isbister KeslerThe Canucks are finally seeing some acquisition contribution tonight as Brad Isbister scored with 2.5 seconds remaining to give Vancouver a 5-4 win over the Edmonton Oilers.

Not a bad sight to see for Canucks fans as the need for offense this year still has some sort of a question mark surrounding it.

The scoreboard was spread out tonight, from both veterans and prospects, as Daniel Sedin, Ryan Kesler, Brad Moran and Mason Raymond tallied for the home team. Overall, a win is a win.

Although it’s still preseason, Vancouver got the job done and many players were able to make a case for themselves after a very strong showing tonight.

Not bad.
